Return & Exchange Policy – Azari Perfumes TR

At Azari Perfumes TR, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances. To ensure your satisfaction, please review our policy below:

1. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 4 days from the original date of purchase.

2. Product Condition (Hologram Label):

  • The product must be in its original, unopened condition.

  • Important: The Hologram Label on the outer packaging must remain intact. Returns are not accepted if this seal is broken or removed.

3. Opened or Used Products: Returns or exchanges are not permitted if the product has been opened or used, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Shipping & Delivery Fees:

  • For returns or exchanges requested via delivery service, a shipping fee of AED 30 applies and will be borne by the customer.

  • In the case of a proven manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping and delivery costs.

5. Proof of Purchase: The original invoice is required for all requests.
